WealthMaps is a personal money-planning application that helps individuals understand their monthly cash flow, plan savings and goals, track daily spending, and calculate their discretionary Freedom Funds.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver, authenticate, and support the WealthMaps service:

A. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect basic account credentials, including your email address and an optional display name or profile initials. This information allows us to authenticate you and secure your account.

B. User-Entered Financial Map Data

You maintain total discretion over the numbers and details you store in WealthMaps. Information you choose to enter into your personal map may include:

• Money In: Your monthly income plans, payday schedules, and confirmed income records.
• Expected Expenses: Bill descriptions, due dates, planned amounts, and payment statuses.
• Freedom Funds & Spending: Recorded daily or periodic discretionary spending entries.
• Savings & Goals: Target balances, milestone goals, and allocation amounts.
• Calendar & Payday Schedules: Projected dates for income and expense planning.

C. Device, Log, and Security Data

When you interact with our website or web application, our network servers receive standard technical request metadata (such as IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, and timestamp). This information is used strictly to deliver web assets, protect against automated abuse, and maintain network reliability.

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: To render your personal financial map, calculate Freedom Funds balances, update calendar schedules, and preserve your records across devices.
• Authentication and Security: To verify your identity upon login, prevent unauthorized access to your records, and detect malicious or fraudulent activity.
• Subscription Management: To verify your plan status (Free, WealthMaps +, or Complimentary access) via verified webhook data from Whop.
• Customer Support: To assist you when you contact our support team at izaaczam@wealthmaps.app.

5. Explicit Financial Privacy Statement

Your financial journey is private. Unlike conventional fintech applications that scrape or aggregate your bank accounts, WealthMaps is intentionally built on a different model:

• No Bank Logins: We never request, collect, or store your bank usernames, passwords, account numbers, or multi-factor authentication codes.
• Self-Directed Entry: You manually input only the figures and notes you wish to organize.
• No Marketing Sale: WealthMaps does not sell your private financial-map data to advertisers or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We prioritize a clean, non-intrusive experience. We do not use third-party marketing trackers, cross-site behavioral cookies, or advertising pixels.

We use first-party browser cookies and local browser storage (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) exclusively for essential operational and security needs:

• Maintaining your authenticated login session so you stay signed in.
• Remembering your interface preferences and state within the web application.
• Protecting against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) and replay attacks.

7. Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation

We believe you should always maintain full autonomy over your account and data. You can delete your account directly at any time from within the application:

A. Direct In-App Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion yourself inside WealthMaps by opening your profile menu and selecting:

Edit Account → Delete Account

B. Active Paid Subscription Guard

If you have an active paid WealthMaps + subscription billed through Whop, you must first cancel renewal of your subscription inside the app:

Edit Account → Manage WealthMaps + → Cancel Subscription

This safeguard ensures that your payment method is not inadvertently billed after your account has been removed. Once you cancel renewal:

• Your WealthMaps + access remains fully active through the end of your already-paid billing period.
• At the conclusion of the paid billing period (or for Free and Complimentary users immediately), your account becomes eligible for permanent deletion.

C. Account Data Removal

Account deletion removes your WealthMaps financial-map records, goals, spending history, and Supabase authentication account from active systems, subject to limited information that may need to remain temporarily in backups, security logs, payment records, or where retention is required by law.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information:

• All web traffic is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS).
• Database records are protected by database-level Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring that each user can access only their own data.
• Authentication tokens are securely signed and managed with modern cryptographic standards.
