1. What WealthMaps Is & Disclaimers of Advice

WealthMaps is a personal money-planning application designed to assist individuals in mapping out monthly cash flow, setting aside funds for expected expenses, tracking discretionary spending, and projecting Freedom Funds.

WealthMaps is an informational planning and organizational tool only. WealthMaps does not connect directly to bank accounts, verify your real-world balances, or make financial transactions on your behalf.

Nothing in the Service constitutes individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Calculations, summaries, and projections displayed within WealthMaps depend strictly on the figures, dates, and amounts you manually provide. Real-world financial results may vary due to unexpected expenses, timing differences, inflation, fees, changes in income, tax liabilities, or other external events. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying your own financial decisions.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of WealthMaps, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep that information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that take place under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at izaaczam@wealthmaps.app if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use WealthMaps only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is hosted, or any database or computer connected to the Service.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, authentication mechanisms, or access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use automated tools, scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest data or interact with the Service without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals (WealthMaps +)

WealthMaps offers premium features and enhanced map capabilities under the WealthMaps + subscription plan.

A. Pricing and Payment Processing

WealthMaps + is priced at $4.20 per month, plus applicable sales or value-added taxes where required by law. Payments, billing cycles, and subscription transactions are processed securely through our third-party merchant and payment provider, Whop. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Whop to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. WealthMaps does not store or process raw payment card credentials.

B. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless you cancel your renewal before the next scheduled billing date.

C. In-App Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel the future renewal of your WealthMaps + subscription at any time directly inside WealthMaps by opening your profile menu and selecting:

Edit Account → Manage WealthMaps + → Cancel Subscription

Your cancellation request is relayed server-side to Whop. Upon canceling renewal, you retain full access to WealthMaps + features through the end of your already-paid monthly billing period. At the conclusion of that paid period, your account automatically returns to the Free tier without further renewal charges.

D. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or mandated by Whop/payment provider rules.

E. Complimentary Access

Complimentary WealthMaps + access may be granted, modified, or withdrawn at Zam Digital’s discretion.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your WealthMaps account at any time. You can initiate account deletion directly within the application by navigating to:

Edit Account → Delete Account

Active Subscription Requirement: If you currently maintain an active paid WealthMaps + subscription, you must first cancel your renewal under Manage WealthMaps + before your account can be deleted. This safeguard ensures that your payment method is not billed for future cycles after your account has been removed.

Account deletion removes your WealthMaps financial-map records, goals, spending history, and Supabase authentication account from active systems, subject to limited information that may need to remain temporarily in backups, security logs, payment records, or where retention is required by law.

6. Service Evolution, Modifications & Availability

We are constantly working to improve WealthMaps. We reserve the right to modify, update, refine, or temporarily suspend aspects of the Service, individual features, calculations, or interface designs as the product evolves.

While we endeavor to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that WealthMaps will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from operational delays or maintenance windows.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEALTHMAPS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CALCULATIONS, PROJECTIONS, OR DATA DISPLAYED WITHIN THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC FINANCIAL GOAL OR TAX OBLIGATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZAM DIGITAL, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL SHORTFALLS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) WEALTHMAPS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WEALTHMAPS FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00).

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of or access to WealthMaps after any modifications take effect indicates your agreement to and acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
